Prices and orders
Prices are shown ex VAT and exclude delivery. Standard Duty is priced per part from the published price list; Heavy Duty, high cube and 40ft builds are quoted. Sending us your build is an enquiry, not a payment; we confirm the order, the price and the delivery with you by phone before anything is made or sent. Every build is checked against the product rules before it can be sent to us.
Delivery
UK mainland delivery as standard, international on request. Delivery is quoted with the order. Check the kit against the parts list on arrival and report damage before fitting anything.
Installation and use
The racking is designed for ISO shipping containers with lashing rings. Follow the installation guide, keep every load within the published safe working loads for the system and arm depth, and spread loads evenly along each deck. The installer is responsible for fitting the racking safely.
Returns
Unused parts in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery; made-to-order parts cannot. Contact us before returning anything.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
