Made
to order

Heavy Duty is built to order. Tell us the container and the layout and we'll quote it, with the lead time.

Three steps

Installation

The same three steps as Standard Duty. The parts are heavier, so two people are better than one for the uprights.

How much can the shelves carry?

It depends on the system and the arm depth. Standard Duty arms carry 150 kg at 450 mm, 100 kg at 600 mm and 75 kg at 750 mm, and the upright 600 kg. Heavy Duty arms carry 300 kg and the upright 900 kg. Spread loads evenly along each deck.

Does it fit a high cube container?

Yes, with longer uprights. Choose high cube in the configurator and we'll quote it.

Does it fit a 40ft?

The steel does. Deck lengths depend on the 40ft's lashing spacing, so choose 40ft in the configurator and we'll quote it.
