Great product that fits quickly and easily. The sales team went above and beyond to help me get the right product delivered quickly.
How it works
Every shipping container has lashing rings welded to its rails. Our uprights hook onto them. Everything else hangs off the uprights.

Five steps
Choose your container, which walls, how many uprights and levels, the arm depth, decks or not. The price updates as you go and the configurator stops you building something that won't fit.
UK mainland delivery as standard; international on request. The kit arrives with the uprights, arms, hook bolts, decks if ordered, and the fixings.

Pass the hook bolt round the lashing ring, drop the upright into place and tighten the nut. One upright per lashing ring.

Each arm drops into a slot on the upright at the height you want. Standard Duty uprights have 10 positions, Heavy Duty 5.

Lift each deck onto its pair of arms and screw it down from underneath. A three-level bay takes about 25 minutes.

Spread loads evenly along each deck. Heaviest items low.

Four parts

2,312 x 83 x 67 mm
A 2 mm galvanised steel channel, 2,312 mm long, with a hook bolt at the top and slots down its length. (Heavy Duty: 4 mm, powder-coated grey.)

483 x 100 x 132 mm
A steel bracket that drops into a slot. 450, 600 or 750 mm deep. (Heavy Duty: 600 mm, orange.)

1,085 x 450 x 25 mm
A timber shelf cut to span two uprights at your lashing spacing. Optional: use ours or make your own.

One bolt round the ring holds the upright.
Lashing rings
Every ISO container has lashing rings welded to its rails. One upright hooks onto each.
Lashing rings
Count the lashing rings on each side wall: usually four or five on a 20ft. Each upright needs one.
Internal sizes
| Container | Length | Width | Height |
|---|---|---|---|
| 20ft standard | 5,898 | 2,352 | 2,393 |
| 20ft high cube | 5,898 | 2,352 | 2,698 |
| 40ft standard | 12,032 | 2,352 | 2,393 |
| 40ft high cube | 12,032 | 2,352 | 2,698 |
Loads
Spread loads evenly along each deck. The configurator warns you when a wall's levels add up to more than the upright can carry.
| System | Upright | Arms |
|---|---|---|
| Standard Duty | 600 kg | 450 mm: 150 kg · 600 mm: 100 kg · 750 mm: 75 kg |
| Heavy Duty | 900 kg | 600 mm: 300 kg |
Out again
Unscrew the decks, lift out the arms, undo the hook bolts. The container is as it was. Containers can be moved with the racking in place as long as the decks are empty and every fixing is tight.
Yes. The racking is designed for containers and goes in with a spanner and a screwdriver. A three-level bay takes about 25 minutes.
A spanner for the hook bolts. A screwdriver or cordless driver if you fit the timber decks.
Rings are welded in by hand and sometimes sit tight to the wall. Take the hook-bolt assembly apart, put the hook round the ring first, then bring the upright to it, pass the bolt through and fit the nut.
Yes, with longer uprights. Choose high cube in the configurator and we'll quote it.
The uprights still fit. Only the deck length changes, and we can supply decks to your spacing or you can cut your own.
About 200 along one side with four levels of Standard Duty, depending on the box.
The steel does. Deck lengths depend on the 40ft's lashing spacing, so choose 40ft in the configurator and we'll quote it.
